Instructions:Making a bath tea is a lot like making tea! Place Packet contents into a heat safe large mug or bowl. Add 3 cups boiling water. Allow to sit 1 to 10hours. Strain herbs from liquid for easier clean-up then add to a hot bath. Relax & Enjoy!
