Description

Instructions: Simply place contents of package into a large bowl and add 3 cups boiling water. Let steep for 5min to allow the herbs to reach ideal potential. Place a coffee filter in a sieve then strain herbs from liquid. Throw Ice into the Herbal Infusion then soak a small washcloth. Place over the nose area gently. Re-soak towel if needed.
